Our Services

Our Services

  • Behavioral Medicine

Illness doesn't always have a physical cause. We employ trained animal behaviorists who help determine the cause of such disorders as separation anxiety and obsessive behavior, and then develop a treatment regimen for the client. Vetsuite_Img_61805

  • Dental Care

Regular professional cleaning is important to maintaining your pet's teeth. We use modern and safe ultrasound to clean each tooth thoroughly - above and below the gum line. A dental assistant, supervised by a veterinarian will polish the teeth to create a smooth, lustrous tooth surface more resistant to plaque buildup. Fluoride treatments help strengthen enamel and reduce tooth sensitivity. Advanced dental care is available, including root canals, caps and braces.Vetsuite_Img_61479

  • Financial Assistance & Pet Insurance

There are two main options to assist you in covering the cost of veterinary medicine.  You can use them independently or jointly, so the choice for medical needs is not determined by financial constraints.

    1) Pet Insurance
    2) Pet Payment Plan

    Pet Insurance
Pet insurance is much less expensive than human health insurance.  The average base medical plan for a dog is between $20 and $30 per month, and between $15 and $20 per month for a cat.

We have several options for pet insurance carriers, please ask any staff member for additional information on carriers and plans.

    Pet Payment Plan
We offer the Wells Fargo Health Advantage card which gives you the flexibility to pay for your pet's veterinary care over time.  The card can be used for a variety of veterinary care, including annual checkups and emergency procedures.  Your monthly payment will depend on a number of factors, including the cost of the procedure, whether any pet health insurance benefits apply, and the payment plan that you choose.

  • Lasers

Lasers are a minimally invasive alternative to traditional surgery. Lasers replace scalpels in many procedures, and are useful for a wide range of conditions, such as cyst, tumor, and wart removal, and can even be used in declawing. Laser procedures result in less pain; less bleeding and less swelling. They reduce risk of infection and result in less post-operative discomfort.Vetsuite_Img_61844

  • Pain Management

  • Pharmacy

We stock a wide range of the best veterinary drugs in the animal healthcare field.  For established clients, we also offer mail delivery for most prescribed medications.

  • Surgery

We offer the most advanced surgical techniques and technology, in an environment where we strictly limit the number of surgical patients each day to ensure the highest quality of care per patient.

Surgical services and facilities include: board certified surgeon available for consultation; fully trained veterinary and technical staff to ensure the safest, most efficient, state-of-the-art procedures for your pet including the exclusive use of laser surgery (laser surgery promotes faster recovery with significant pain reduction); advanced sterilization techniques; ECG and oxygen saturation monitors; intensive after surgery care and pain management which includes a special service of swaddling and soothing your pet until it fully recovers from anesthesia.

If you are looking for a new veterinary hospital or currently an existing client that is interested in seeing our surgical facilities -- please call to schedule a tour with our surgery coordinator.  We will walk you though our facility and discuss with you the surgical procedures customized to your pets needs.

There are two main options to assist you in covering the cost of a surgical procedure:  pet insurance and a pet payment plan of 90 days no interest.  You can use them independently or jointly, so the choice for a medical surgery is not determined by financial constraints.
Additionally, we offer private consultations (either on-site or over the phone) concerning our comprehensive surgical estimates.  If you have received another estimate from a local NC veterinary clinic, we will discuss with you the similarities and explain the differences as well as work with you and your budget to ensure your pet receives the best possible surgical care from one of our locations.
